We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Structural Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, ranging from commercial buildings to residential properties and infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in structural engineering and project management, as you take on a key role in our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Conduct detailed structural analysis and design of various structural systems using RAM, ETABS, and RISA.
3. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the structural integrity and safety of all projects.
4. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, as well as structural analysis and design results.
5. Actively participate in project meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all structural aspects of the project are addressed.
6. Continually monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards, and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge.
7. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
3. Proficiency in structural engineering software such as RAM, ETABS, and RISA.
4. Demonstrated experience in building design and structural analysis.
5. Current Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) designation.
6. California SE License is required.
7. Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute projects.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
10. Knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
