GEE Group has teamed up with a well-established manufacturer in its search for a Quality Assurance Manager for a dynamic team. If you have a 4-year engineering degree, a minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing and quality environments, and expertise in electronic Quality Management Systems, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Lead team training, development, and mentoring.

Delegate tasks to meet department and plant targets.

Drive activities to reduce plant-wide quality PPM.

Manage supplier performance and reduce outflows.

Oversee QMS and plant certifications.

Provide strategic leadership for continuous improvement.

Develop/maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Control department budget and new model life cycle.

Travel up to 10-15% internationally/domestically.

Requirements:

4-year engineering degree.

10+ years in manufacturing and quality.

Electronic QMS and data analysis experience.

Lab equipment and calibration knowledge.

Familiarity with IATF Certification requirements.
