Salary: $100K - $125K Permanent Position with Benefits Job Purpose: To manage and engineer the product development of passenger car radial (PCR) / light truck radial (LTR) tires for vehicle original equipment (OE) applications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the development of efficient tires in a timely manner Perform mold design using company guidelines and simulation tools Engineer and analyze design features, manufacturing, and characteristics Oversee required testing and data analysis Conduct design reviews and reports Oversee project budget management Provide analysis and support for technical issues Regularly communicate with written reports and presentations Travel domestically and internationally as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related engineering field Preferred greater than 5 years of experience in OE tire development. Relevant full-time experience in tire or automotive industry Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 or similar office document tools Excellent communication skills and ability to work in local and international teams Note: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
