Our client has built millions of sq ft of construction projects throughout North America. Due to a high level of growth throughout the Southeast Michigan market, they are looking to add a Commercial Construction Project Manager to their leadership team.

What the Commercial Construction Project Manager will be doing:
- Conducting profit and loss analysis
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Overseeing staff development
- Leading diverse teams
- Providing clear direction to on-sight personnel
- Client management
Profile
Preferred Certifications for the Commercial Construction Project Manager:
- 10+ years experience in the construction industry
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
- OSHA 30 hour
- CPR / First Aid / AED Training
- Industry Associations and affiliations
- LEED Accreditation
