We are recruiting for an eager and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. For the right fit, your success with KJ will round out your skills while continually providing opportunities for professional challenge and accomplishment.
Qualified candidates need not have a construction background but must have the demonstrated ability and interest to become an expert in our segment of the construction industry and possess a strong understanding of Brand Strategy and Brand Identity.
This role encompasses a large range of duties within our organization and begins with your sharp listening skills and empathy that helps you understand our company s position and strengths within the industry. Our Marketing Manager is expected to become an expert on our goals, values and attributes, with the aim of charting our marketing strategy for years to come.
The Marketing Manager will be assuring brand continuity among internal and external platforms. This role will work both independently and in collaboration with KJ s executive leadership and a world-class branding agency to ensure key deliverables.
The role will have oversight and maintenance of digital and printed marketing content. They will plan and execute KJ Marketing Strategy including oversight of all advertising and promotional activities. They will assist with website content management as well as the development and creation of all marketing content and collateral.
This position will play a key role in the assembly and preparation of sales materials used for presentations, RFQs, and RFPs for new business. Additional marketing functions will include, but are not limited to: event planning, community involvement, branded staff apparel, etc.
Candidates should have photography/videography skills as they will travel to worksites to take "in progress" photos or videos, Experience with drone operation a plus. Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail are a must. Copywriting experience in various forms is necessary. Candidates should possess a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc).
