Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in metal fabrication to contribute to their production operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance, safety protocols, and process optimization. With a focus on continuous improvement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency and innovation within our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for metal fabrication in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in production processes, including the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles.

Provide technical support and guidance to production staff to resolve issues and improve performance.

Participate in the development and implementation of new product launches, ensuring manufacturing feasibility and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in metal fabrication and manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on metal fabrication preferred.

Strong understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing process optimizations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.

Experience with CAD software and familiarity with CNC machining processes is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
