Note Employer will not sponsor visas for position Job Summary The job involves overseeing and assessing health, safety, environmental, and security programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and be a responsible environmental steward. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with the Corporate HSSE Department and Lubricant Management to facilitate the transfer of reporting and submission of relevant environmental reports. This position will also become immersed in the ENABLON system and be developed as a subject matter expert for Lubricants. Minimum Qualifications Degree: Bachelor's Degree. The minimum number of years of job related experience required is: 3-5 years. List any specialized training or unique skills required: Basic Computer Skills A valid driver's license is required. List any specialized training or unique skills preferred: Power BI experience Environmental professional holding a bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or environmental engineering. HSSE professional with a bachelor's or master's degree in environmental sciences, safety sciences, environmental management, occupational safety, and health with a concentration in environmental management, or occupational safety and health. Other informacion - TWIC card: ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration. Candidates selected for employment must meet eligibility criteria to obtain a TWIC card. The following link lists the eligible criteria for all persons trying to obtain a TWIC card: Job Duties Prepare and submit Annual Tier II Reports and Annual Toxic Chemical Release Inventory (TRI) Reports per State and Federal requirements for all Lubricant Facilities. Assist with daily environmental aspects for all Lubricant Facilities. Assist with the Business Units air permit management program. Assist with implementing the SWPPP and NPDES water permit programs. Assist with implementing the Business Units' hazardous waste management programs. Participate in HSSE meetings. Interact regularly and frequently with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering at assigned areas to build rapport and to be aware of and assist with resolving environmental issues. Develop and deliver environmental management training. Research existing and new environmental regulations and technologies. Participate in incident investigations, review cause maps, and ensure post-incident lessons learned and incident prevention strategies are implemented. Provide technical support to all Lubricant Facilities. Identify and establish leading indicator metrics that are tracked, trended, and used to identify areas of concern, improve programs, address risk/ hazards, and ultimately reducing HSSE Events. Perform training, lead team meetings, and compose and deliver presentations to various groups at all levels of the organization.
