+ Work hand in hand with a Project Manager to take projects from start to finish

+ Manage small owner consultants and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines

+ Maintain knowledge of tasks, sequences, milestones, and critical path events

+ Forecast delays in timing, materials, or resources

+ Review invoices, pay applications and change orders to assure pricing accurate, fair, and comprehensive

+ Coordinate all site photography and as-built record keeping

+ Bachelors degree in a construction, engineering or related discipline

+ 1-2+ years of experience in construction, with a general contractor preferred

+ Experience with residential projects strongly preferred

+ Experience in high-end residential or commercial or single family

+ Must engage well with high-end clientele

+ Excellent skills in verbal and written communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors and other parties.

+ Motivated to learn and advance at a fast pace
